My experience with Cartel has been great. I found 2 jobs through them. The first one was a very successful experience for me that lasted 7 years and allowed growth into a management role. My second find by Cartel is a few months out and I am happy with it.All Cartel staff that I interacted with were very nice, professional and caring.

Reached out to Sabrina Ungar multiple times regarding a job but she constantly ignored me, never helped me, and kept saying she didn't have roles for me while I saw that she kept posting roles on LinkedIn. It's sad that she isn't decent and professional enough to just say she can't help me. Do better, Sabrina Ungar.

I've dealt with Cartel as a placement agent multiple times over the past decade or so. Each time, every person that I have spoken to has been professional, courteous and friendly. While they can not and will not guarantee you an offer from their services, I've always found them to be resourceful in trying to find you that perfect job whenever the opportunity comes along. My last dealing with them in particular resulted in an amazing job that I love and I found it to be both easy and fun to deal with my consultant. I may or may not have been one of her easier placements (right time, right place at the end of the day), but Zaheeda was fun to work with and very CLIENT focused. I was NOT her client, the firm was, but I was at the end of the day, the right CANDIDATE for the role, according to the client.From the other reviews I'm seeing on here, people seem to forget that. It's not just about possibly having a candidate who can do the job, it's about fit, and sometimes, you just don't fit.. despite whatever qualifications you may have to show you can do the job. The professionalism shown by the agent in ensuring they get the right fit shows that it's not actually about putting SOMEONE in the role to get a commission, it's putting the RIGHT someone in the role...
